YMS Group LLC develops and operates software applications and provides software development services. Our services may include:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

All content, features, functionality, designs, source code, and trademarks associated with our applications and services are owned by YMS Group LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any of our proprietary content without our prior written consent.

User Content

If you submit content through our applications (such as text, images, or data), you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant YMS Group LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Some of our applications may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through the applicable platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our website payment processors). Refund policies are governed by the respective platform’s terms unless otherwise stated.

If you subscribe to a recurring service within our applications:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your device’s app store settings or through the application directly
• Price changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the new pricing

Our applications may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, APIs, or content. We do not control or endorse these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Our services and applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YMS Group LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YMS Group LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or within our applications with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
